We hope that your experience with Afrique Rebelle is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions will arise.

Why are your items made to order?

Many of our Exclusives we do not hold in stock and are put into production based on the customers size, metal and preference.  We find it a better model to not hold stock for every size, colour and metal and manufacture especially for the customer. 

Some of our exclusives take longer to manufacture than others and we  fully realise that this results in longer wait times for the customer, however we know that our exclusive designs are well worth the wait and our customers know that they are getting something they have never seen before and is more than just another piece of Jewellery.  

Some items we will have in stock and can be delivered much faster but typically most of our Exclusives will be delivered within 4-6 weeks on average.

What is my tracking number?

Once we ship your item Tracking will be available 2-4 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.

Ammendments and Cancellations

If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

- Your email
- Your phone number
Cancellations
- You must contact us withing 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

My Item Arrived Damaged

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
